My wife and I lived in this home for 2 years and love ever inch of it. We believe the highlight of this house is the views from the backyard. This house sits on top of the hill and you are able to watch the sunset from the backyard.

Please be respectful of the wonderful neighbors.

As a guest you will have access to the garage, home, and backyard.

The shed and downstairs storage unit is off limits.

There are two security cameras. One on the front door and one in the backyard. They record both video and audio.

We also use a noise level monitoring device to ensure the noise level does not disturb the neighbors.

A pair of remote garage door openers will be available to use for your convenience. If you forget to return the opener(s) a fee of $50 will be charged per remote.
